About The Position

MAB Community Services provides person‑centered supports for adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. We seek an ATOT to develop and run our Assistive Technology Assessment & Training Program. Position Summary The ATOT (OTR/L) provides clinical AT assessments, equipment selection and ordering, device training and maintenance, staff support/supervision, and program administration to maximize participant independence.

Requirements

• OTR/L licensed in MA required
• 2+ years’ experience in AT assessment, ordering, and training for diverse disabilities
• Strong written/verbal communication and documentation skills
• Proficient with EMR, Outlook, Excel, and Office apps
• Able to travel throughout Greater Boston and Central MA and provide in‑person services
• Comfortable balancing clinical and administrative duties

Responsibilities

• Conduct AT evaluations and recommend high‑ and low‑tech solutions
• Order, set up, train participants and support staff on devices/apps/subscriptions
• Supervise, hire, train and oversee assigned clinical/administrative staff; manage payroll for team
• Maintain clinical and billing documentation, letters of medical necessity, and compliance with payor timelines
• Develop/maintain electronic records and perform QA spot checks
• Build and maintain vendor, DDS/MRC, and community partnerships
• Provide in‑person services in homes, workplaces, and community settings; attend meetings and trainings
