About The Position

On call rotation with every other weekend on site.

Requirements

• Current Michigan LPN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and inspire your team to provide the best care possible.
• Ensure that patients receive top-notch care and support.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
