As an RN, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans. You will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing individualized interventions, and continuously evaluating outcomes to ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse license by the State Board of Nursing in the Center’s State is required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and respond to their medical and physical needs.
  • Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (as required by the State)

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Manage patient care, including delegating tasks to LPNs and CNAs consistent with their scope of practice.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care management and discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Point Click Care (PCC).
