Assisted Living Nurse (RN) - Evergreen Knoll
About The Position

Evergreen Knoll in Cloquet, MN, is seeking a compassionate, dependable Assisted Living Nurse (RN) to join our strong, dedicated care team. In this role, you will work closely with team members to ensure our assisted living and memory care residents receive the high-quality care that Evergreen Knoll is known for. The Assisted Living Nurse works closely with our entire management team to accomplish: New admissions and discharges. Order, prepare, and/or administer medications. Transcribe and assist with implementation of physician orders. Monitor resident health and respond appropriately to changes in condition. Assist with the training and supervision of direct care staff. At Evergreen Knoll, you will enjoy: Getting to know and develop meaningful relationships with the residents. (This position does have shared on-call responsibilities that are almost exclusively managed by phone.) This position is 24-32 hours/week (Insurance benefits available at 30 hours/week.) Wage: $34 - $38/hour DOQ
Requirements
- Genuinely care about and be committed to the well-being of seniors in our care.
- Have a solid general nursing background
- Have good judgment, leadership, and problem-solving skills, be dependable and able to work with minimal direct supervision once trained.
- Understand, read, write, and speak English.
- Be authorized by the State of Minnesota to work, unsupervised, with our residents as determined by a background study.
- Be a currently licensed RN in the State of Minnesota.
Nice To Haves
- geriatric experience preferred, but not required.
