Requirements

• Texas LVN license required
• 2+ years nursing leadership experience (Assisted Living/SNF/LTC preferred)
• Strong knowledge of medication management, documentation, and resident care coordination
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise Assisted Living nursing team (LVNs/CNAs/Medication Aides)
• Support staffing, scheduling, and daily clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with assisted living regulations and community policies
• Oversee resident assessments, care plans, documentation, and medication management
• Promote a positive team culture through coaching and training
