About The Position

The Driver position at Integral Senior Living involves providing safe and courteous transportation for residents to various activities, ensuring their comfort and safety during transit. This role is essential in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by facilitating their mobility and participation in community events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Current commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required with an acceptable driving record in accordance with Federal Department of Transportation regulations.
• Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.
• Knowledgeable of all safety precautions and compliance with safety measures.
• Competent in organization, time management skills, and handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to and from various activities.
• Assist disabled passengers into and out of the vehicle.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize them during trips.
• Safely operate communication devices to report any disruptions in service.
• Maintain all community vehicles in good working condition.
• Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license plate renewal process.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition on a monthly and per trip basis.
