About The Position

As an Assisted Living Med Tech at Legacy House of South Jordan, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of seniors by providing essential healthcare support in a senior living community. Requirements

• Current caregiver certification.
• Ability to complete the designated training program as prescribed by the Wellness Director or designated LPN or supervisor.
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, supervisors, and employees.
• Physical ability to assist in transferring residents and lifting individuals.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stand/walk for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare or assisted living environment.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed.
• Provide skin care and treat minor skin problems.
• Assist with changing simple dressings for non-infected chronic or postoperative conditions.
• Support licensed nurses with delegated tasks as needed.
• Engage with residents to ensure their comfort and well-being.
