About The Position
The Assisted Living Manager is responsible for supervising the daily operation of an Assisted Living community which provides services to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. The Assisted Living Manager directs employees providing these services; maintains effective working relationships with the residents and their families, and other partners. The Assisted Living Manager promotes and maintains person-directed care and supports the six tenets (emotional, physical, vocational, spiritual, social, intellectual) of wellness for all residents in the Assisted Living environment. Responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of all resident service plans and resident assessments. Expected to play an active role in the sales process and any efforts needed to meet budgeted occupancy. Participates in the Manager-on-Duty rotation.
