About The Position

As our Assisted Living Manager, you will play a key role in nurturing a welcoming, resident-focused community while inspiring and guiding a dedicated team committed to enhancing seniors’ daily lives.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active LPN licensed in the State of Virginia in good standing.
• Active Assisted Living Administrator License.
• Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and Adult First Aid from the American Red Cross and/or American Heart Association.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing as applicable to their job responsibilities.
• Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience in hospital, assisted living facility, long term care facility or other related healthcare facility.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; able to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership by partnering with the executive team to implement effective care and service plans.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Hire, supervise, and develop staff, fostering a positive workplace culture and teamwork.
• Manage the assisted living budget, balancing service excellence with fiscal responsibility.
• Maintain readiness for regulatory surveys and uphold all compliance requirements.
• Foster strong community relations and support occupancy goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
