Assisted Living LPN
About The Position
We are looking for an experienced and motivated LPN to join our Assisted Living Residence in Williamsville, NY. About us: Canterbury Woods is a continuing care retirement community unlike any you’ve ever seen. From independent living to a full continuum of care, residents can always expect a lifestyle that meets their needs and interests. LPN position details: We are hiring for a Part Time (2 days/week) 3pm - 11pm position. This position requires availability to work Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend.
Requirements
- Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license.
- Must be CPR and first aid certified.
- Must have verbal and written English skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct care services.
- Maintain care records, resident files, and progress notes as required.
- Review resident care needs and physician’s orders.
- Perform nursing duties such as completing DSS forms, functional assessment service plans, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.
