About The Position

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Assisted Living & HUD Property Manager to lead our community with integrity, care, and professionalism. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of our assisted living facility, ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and a warm, supportive environment for residents and staff alike. As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide and support your team, foster strong relationships with residents and their families, and collaborate with healthcare partners to ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care in a place they’re proud to call home.

Requirements

  • Arizona Assisted Living Manager Certification (Required).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hospital, long-term care, or assisted living facility.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for senior care, dignity, and resident-centered services.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of HUD property management (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate facility programs and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and enforce written policies and procedures.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
  • Foster interdepartmental teamwork and communication.
  • Support resident engagement and well-being, including resident councils.
  • Manage facility budgets, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Respond to inspection findings by developing and implementing effective corrective action plans.
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
  • Maintain professional licensure and attend continuing education.
