About The Position

We are seeking an Assisted Living Facility Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Type A Assisted Living Facility. This role involves supervising all programs and activities within the home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and managing financial aspects such as payables, receivables, and payroll. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a thorough understanding of long-term care regulations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with management desired
  • Strong familiarity with regulations on long-term care desired
  • Experience with payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and backend office management desired
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure all needs are being met
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, as well as staff payroll
  • Handle scheduling, basic HR, and interviewing, as needed
