Requirements

• Minimum 2 years management experience in senior housing or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in business or related senior housing management experience required.
• Strong leadership skills that can lead a dedicated management team into the future.
• Strong marketing background preferred.
• Strong Human Resource skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills with proven track record.
• Vibrant personality that can adapt to many situations.
• Ability to work various times of the day/week to meet the senior living community needs.
• Ability to be licensed as a WA State Home Care Aide.
