Requirements

• Active Oklahoma LPN license (required).
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, including charge nurse responsibilities.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.
• Provide clear direction and support to CNAs, CMAs, and fellow team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor resident conditions, respond promptly to changes, and communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Oversee medication administration and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Conduct routine resident rounds to promote safety, comfort, and overall care excellence.
