About The Position
Calling All LPNs with Memory Care/Dementia Care experience– Come Join the Epworth Villa Family! Location: Oklahoma City, OK Pay: Starting at $26+/hour for LPNs, depending on experience $1,500 Sign On Bonus Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Every Other Wednesday 7AM to 7PM About the Role We are looking for dedicated LPNs who want to make a meaningful impact every day. At Epworth Villa, you’ll be part of a warm, supportive team committed to exceptional resident care within our Memory Care Unit. In this role, you’ll bring both your clinical expertise and your compassion to ensure our residents feel safe, valued, and well cared for in a structured and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma LPN license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including charge nurse responsibilities, in a memory care unit.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification through the American Heart Association
- Ability to occasionally exert 50–100 pounds of force
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care in alignment with individualized resident care plans within a memory care setting.
- Clearly communicate care directions to CNAs, CMAs, and fellow team members to ensure consistent and compassionate support.
- Respond quickly to changes in resident health and coordinate with physicians as needed.
- Oversee medication administration and ensure precise documentation.
- Perform regular resident rounds focused on comfort, safety, and overall care quality.
