About The Position

As an LPN at Epworth Villa, you ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents. Working alongside a dedicated team, you ll provide leadership, compassion, and expertise to ensure our residents' health and happiness.

Requirements

• LPN License: Active in the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience, including charge nurse duties.
• CPR/First Aid Certification: Current certification through the American Heart Association.
• Physical Ability: Capable of occasionally exerting 50-100 pounds of force.

Responsibilities

• Administer quality care in accordance with residents individualized care plans.
• Communicate care plans effectively to CNAs, CMAs, and other staff.
• Respond promptly to resident health changes and notify appropriate personnel, including physicians.
• Supervise medication administration and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct resident rounds, noting comfort, safety, and care quality.
