Assisted Living Caregiver - PM Shift Med Passer +$1/hour
About The Position
Evergreen is seeking compassionate caregivers to join the team in our Assisted Living household! Medication Administration is required for this full-time opening. Med passers get an extra $1 per hour, as well as the shift differential! PM shift: 2:00pm-10:15pm, 7 shifts per 2-week pay period. Every other weekend and holiday required. Base hourly wage is $15.50 +/hour ( +$1/hour for med passing duties), based on experience and certifications. PM shifts include a $2 per hour shift differential. CBRF Medication Administration is required for this position Paid training Pick up pay an extra $4/hr Annual wage increase As a Caregiver you will:
Requirements
- At least 17 years of age
- Strong prioritization and organization skill
- Flu shot required annually Oct-March
- CBRF Medication Administration is required for this position
Responsibilities
- Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs)
- Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly
- Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in residents condition and/or needs
- Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner
