About The Position

What You’ll Do: As an Assisted Living Care Coordinator, you’ll provide care and support in a cluster care setting—not one-on-one private duty. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assist residents with:

Requirements

• Active NYS Home Health Aide Certificate (Required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Must be able to commute to Rye, NY (10580) – relocation before start preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Assisted Living is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Light housekeeping and meal support
• Resident escorting within the facility
• Social engagement and companionship
