Provides personal care and social/recreation/leisure activities to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of clients/patients/residents. Requirements
- Six (6) months experience in health care
- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Basic - Computer skills
- Ability to work with special needs clients/patients/residents
- Ability to work independently
- Required education or equivalent must be completed within a specified timeframe
- If no qualified applicants unqualified applicants may be considered
- Valid driver's license, where required
- Must be Available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3 week period.
- Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats and holidays, where applicable.
