Co-Star is seeking a trusted right-hand to our CEO & COO. This role blends executive support with personal operations, ensuring our leadership can focus on what matters most.
Act as the primary support for the CEO & COO, managing priorities, logistics, and time across both work and life
Provide calendar, travel, communications, and operational support
Anticipate needs and create systems that keep personal and professional commitments running smoothly
Maintain flexibility to assist across a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and judgment
NYC-based professional with flexibility for both in-person and remote work
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage sensitive matters with absolute discretion
Tech-savvy with strong communication skills
Previous experience in lifestyle management, executive assistance, or hospitality preferred
