To assist the head coach in overseeing and directing the boys & girls wrestling program.
Instruct/ coach and support student-athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training for them to realize a degree of individual and team success.
Lead, instruct/coach in a manner that embodies, creates, and enhances ethical and moral values, pride of accomplishment, good sportsmanship, self-discipline, self-confidence and teamwork.
Pupil Activity Permit (ODE CERTIFICATION)
Successful completion of all ODE, OHSAA and District required trainings
Passing of the required BCI/FBI Background Checks
Follow all RCS Board Policies
Complete a full season of the sport
Maintain professional, ethical and suitable conduct
Communicate effectively with students, parents, Athletic Director, administration and all stakeholders.
