About The Position

The Middle School Wrestling Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the head coach with the Hanover Central Middle School Wrestling program.. The successful candidate will be required to adhere to all local, state and federal laws, directive of the Governing Board set forth in Board policies and administrative regulations and all lawful directives of Coach's superiors; including the rules and regulations of the Indiana High School Athletic Association and the standards of ethical conduct for interscholastic athletic team programs. The Middle School Wrestling Assistant Coach is to be an exemplary role model for the athletes, school, community and the school corporation. The successful candidate shall recognize that the purpose of athletics is to promote the physical, mental, moral and emotional well-being of the individual student-athlete.

Requirements

• Educational/athletic leadership and management skills
• minimum high school diploma
• prefer experience in coaching and training in requested sport

Responsibilities

• assisting the head coach with the Hanover Central Middle School Wrestling program
