About The Position
Reporting to the Head Women's Basketball Coach, the Assistant Women's Basketball Coach is responsible for meeting the goals of guiding and building an elite-level NCAA Division II program. This requires the promotion of academic achievement and character of the student-athlete, fans, and the overall College community. The Assistant Women's Basketball Coach is responsible for recruitment and retention of student-athletes, the implementation and coaching of a full developmental team, game knowledge, on-court practice plans, individual player development, generation of net tuition revenue, direction of summer basketball camps, and meticulous budget management. The Assistant Women's Basketball Coach must abide by the NCAA, Conference Carolinas, and Title IX regulations.
