Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the studio in rotation with the manager.
  • Greeting all guests upon entry and exit.
  • Scheduling wellness teachers and updating the venue calendar.
  • Creating ticket links for classes in the CRM system and posting them on various platforms.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Overseeing the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the yoga studio.
  • Ordering, stocking, and managing office and studio supplies.
  • Ensuring yoga props and tools are well-maintained.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate records, including membership databases and financial reports.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
  • Assisting in planning and executing special events and workshops.
  • Promoting events through internal and external communication channels.
