Position Summary:
As the Assistant Wellness Director, you’ll collaborate closely with our Wellness Director and Executive Director. Your mission? Empower residents to thrive by maximizing their functional abilities and creating a safe environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare or service-related setting.
• Passion for improving seniors’ lives.
• Understanding of physiological and psychological aspects related to gerontology.
• Ability to apply evidence-based practices.
• Registered Nursing License
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical.
• Ability to regularly stand, talk, bend, stretch, pull or push, and lift items.
• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, dining, exercising, etc.).
• Effective communication with residents, families, and co-workers.
• Specific vision abilities required (close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment).

• Assist in day-to-day health and wellness operations.
