We're seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager /Operational Assistant Supervisor to join our 3rd shift operations team. Requirements

• Minimum of (1) year' supervisory or Team Lead experience.
• Minimum of (2) year's experience working in a grocery store or warehouse as a Stocker, Store Associate or similar role.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to guide and motivate a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and achieving shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a dedicated team that primarily consists of adults with disabilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a military grocery store environment.
• Actively involved in all aspects of operations, from lifting and moving products to setting up displays and handling equipment.
• Lead staff training, scheduling, and ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency throughout the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory, and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
• Tackle challenges head-on while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and uphold store safety protocols.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure that all team members are trained in safe workplace practices.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, health codes, and military guidelines while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
