Requirements

1–3 years of warehouse leadership or lead experience
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on approach with the ability to stay active throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs
Availability to work weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Supporting the daily flow of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
Assisting in leading warehouse associates with clarity, accountability, and energy
Helping maintain productivity while minimizing errors
Adjusting workflows to meet changing volume and deadlines
Supporting inventory control processes, including cycle counts
Reinforcing safety standards and operational discipline
Assisting with training and onboarding of team members
Troubleshooting operational issues and escalating when needed
Partnering with Warehouse Manager and leadership to keep operations efficient
