Requirements

Proven Leadership: Experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager in a warehouse or logistics setting
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels, from entry-level staff to senior management
Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage priorities and maintain efficiency under pressure
Decision-Making Ability: Confidence to make quick, effective choices that drive success
Coaching and Development Mindset: Passion for training, mentoring, and empowering employees
Physical Stamina: Ability to walk or stand for 95 percent of your workday in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Must be able to work weekends
2 plus years of warehouse experience
Minimum of 1 year being in a supervisory role
MUST BE LOCATED IN THE NASHVILLE-METRO AREA TO BE CONSIDERED

Responsibilities

Lead and Inspire: Motivate and mentor your team to meet daily goals with efficiency and enthusiasm
Oversee Warehouse Operations: Manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless order fulfillment
Hands-On Support: Work alongside leads and team members to complete orders and pack shipments

Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment
