Requirements

Proven Leadership - Experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager in a warehouse or logistics setting.
Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels, from entry-level staff to senior management.
Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills - Ability to manage priorities and maintain efficiency under pressure.
Decision-Making Ability - Confidence to make quick, effective choices that drive success.
Coaching & Development Mindset - Passion for training, mentoring, and empowering employees.
Physical Stamina - Ability to walk or stand for 95% of your workday in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be able to work weekends.
2+ years of warehouse experience.
Minimum of 1 year being in a supervisory role.
MUST BE LOCATED IN THE DENVER-METRO AREA TO BE CONSIDERED

Responsibilities

Oversee Warehouse Operations - Manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Hands-On Support - Work alongside leads and team members to complete orders and pack shipments.

Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution - Address employee concerns and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
Set Clear Expectations - Communicate daily goals and performance standards to drive accountability.
