We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Chattanooga, TN, as we prepare to open a new warehouse in March 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a critical role in launching and managing our new facility.

  • Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing the build team, pickers/packers, and shipping/receiving activities. Inventory and orders management.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and optimize processes for maximum productivity and accuracy.
  • Manage warehouse facility, machinery, and tools such as fire inspection, loading docks, forklift, pump carts and warehouse tools.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in hiring and onboarding staff for the new Chattanooga warehouse.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
  • Payroll and Administrative Duties: Handle payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • New Warehouse Opening: Collaborate with the Senior Warehouse Manager to facilitate the opening process.
  • Assist with moving, organizing, and setting up the new warehouse facility.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems and software.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel to Florida for initial training.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Chattanooga, TN.
