About The Position

Role Summary – Technical Implementation Advisor Independent e2e responsibility for implementation of client working capital management solutions. Implementation Advisors are the primary interface with the client to facilitate establishment of products and services for GWB. The associate must have strong organizational skills and will be responsible for coordination of all internal and external implementation related activities including the delegation of tasks quickly and effectively to ensure a timely and smooth client on-boarding process.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years’ experience in managing eChannels service (H2H, API, SWIFT and eGIRO) implementations is preferred.
  • Experience in handling activities that relate to eChannels, file integration, data mapping and various payments/collections data across Asia region
  • Familiar with various ERP systems like JDE, SAP, etc
  • Demonstrate attention to details, team player, take e2e ownership, drive for results to support/grow the business, sustain intensity & optimism while focusing on delivering client delight
  • Requires excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills to effectively manage the client implementation
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and business partners
  • Comfortable with direct client and business partners interaction, with proven client interaction abilities
  • Ability to understand the e2e system flows and requirements to present ideas and information effectively in group settings
  • Experience in project or implementation management experience with the ability to deliver implementation on time.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, ideation and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team player

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility and ownership of the overall implementation through a comprehensive consultative approach which requires the associate to recognize, evaluate and act upon those opportunities for additional collaboration or to improve client satisfaction
  • Should have the skill, ability, experience and confidence to navigate the bank, bank’s banking partners and business partners to ensure implementation tasks and client on-boarding are completed on time
  • Participate in client management and Sales/RFP opportunities on complex working capital management solutions
  • Escalation management, during/post office hours, with various stakeholders and across multiple locations to effectively facilitate discussion, testing & production validation as well as communication till resolution.
