About The Position

Florida Atlantic University is seeking an Assistant Video Coordinator - Boca Raton, FL. The Assistant Video Coordinator supports the Football Video Coordinator in all facets of the football program’s video and A/V operations. This role assists with planning, organizing, and executing daily video functions; managing and guiding student video interns; filming all practices and competition sessions; and producing creative content such as highlights and edited video features.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Video Coordinator with the entire Audio/Visual area of the football department. This includes planning, organizing, directing, and reviewing of the operation.
• Assist the Video Coordinator in managing all student video interns and overseeing football video responsibilities.
• Film all practice and completion sessions, providing support to coaches and support staff.
• Assist Video Coordinator with highlight film creation, creative editing.
• Assist with gear transport, remote A/V setup, and travel.
• Performs other job-related duties and/or projects as assigned.
