About The Position

DB Global Technology, Inc. seeks an Assistant Vice President in Cary, NC to provide application support for trading and finance applications. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent, and five (5) years of experience supporting models, risk engines, and real-time pricing and systems applications for a financial services company; driving automation, enhancement, and efficiency improvements in application monitoring and production processes; implementing systems and applications changes, onboarding and offboarding new processes and applications from internal sources and third-party vendors; coordinating with external auditors to complete compliance and audit requests; working within Information Technology Infrastructure Landscape (ITIL) within Agile production support environment; identifying process bottlenecks and risk scenarios and collaborating with stakeholders to implement process improvement for system mapping through automation and workflow enhancements for financial data distribution and Risk/PNL viewer applications; analyzing data and identifying breach mitigation opportunities and compliance requirements; conducting incident and problem investigation, root cause analysis, and remediation; planning and implementing disaster recovery processes for applications; and, in executing duties, utilizing ServiceNow, Geneos, JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Putty, Unix, Linux, Windows server, and SQL. Employer will accept four (4) years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Salary range: $107,000.00 – $165,000.00/year. Requirements
