In this role, you will work directly with senior stakeholders across Financial Services, Agentic AI, Growth, Marketing, Solutioning, Strategy, Delivery and HR to drive execution, unblock challenges, and accelerate impact across workstreams.
Requirements
- Experience in program management in either of product, strategy, transformation, operations, or corporate
- Proven ability to work effectively across multiple senior stakeholders in a matrixed global environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and working on fast-evolving, high-priority initiatives
- Structured thinking, high accountability, and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive presence and influence
- Passion for innovation, technology, and enabling organizational scale
- experience in strategy, transformation or enterprise program management roles
- Excellent organizational instincts, high judgment
- Track record of leading or partnering on high-impact programs with measurable outcomes

Responsibilities
- Operate as a trusted partner to the Financial Services business leader and the leadership team on strategic and operational priorities
- Support and drive high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate and track progress on strategic projects and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Create impactful leadership briefs, executive updates, and strategic narratives
- Manage key forums, working groups, and interlock sessions
- Lead time-sensitive problem solving, opportunity framing, and initiative structuring as needed
- Embrace ambiguity as opportunity - enabling new paths, clarify direction, and drive execution even when the road isn't fully paved
