This role blends strategic leadership, delivery management, and deep Salesforce expertise to drive digital transformation.

Requirements

  • B.E or B.Tech or MCA
  • Relevant years of experience in IT delivery, with strong Salesforce program management background
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration, and customization
  • Strong leadership in Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models
  • Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and vendor relationships
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skill

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Consultant (Sales/Service/Field)
  • PMP or Prince2
  • Agile/Scrum Master

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and custom solutions
  • Manage project planning, execution, and governance across multiple accounts or programs
  • Collaborate with clients to define scope, timelines, and success metrics
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and performance across all delivery streams
  • Drive resource planning, forecasting, and fulfillment across global teams
  • Act as a primary escalation point for delivery issues and risks
  • Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and proposal development
  • Foster continuous improvement through automation, innovation, and best practices
  • Drive delivery-led growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Represent the organization in executive client meetings, QBRs, and industry forums
  • Align delivery outcomes with business transformation goals
