As part of the continued global plan to accelerate organic growth at Gallagher, Corporate Marketing is seeking to expand and accelerate business development and marketing activation efforts for Gallagher's new and existing strategic partnerships across North America. Reporting to the Global Head, Partnership Activation, Business Development & Sales, this role actively collaborates across enterprise marketing, regional and local sales leaders, partner organizations and external agencies to develop partnership marketing and sales strategies, as well as measure partnership return-on-invest (ROI). The successful candidate will be collaborative, highly-organized, and self-motivated to connect partnership marketing and sales strategy to the client experience and business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years relevant experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Workfront or other project management software/applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • 5-10 years related experience in B2B and partnership/sponsorship marketing
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong technical skills across Salesforce, and project management tools
  • Experience in sales planning and/or market development
  • Strong executive presence and ability to liaise with multiple teams and agencies

Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with local sales leaders and their teams to develop targeted business development plans in order to ensure maximum ROI for each of Gallagher's sports and entertainment partnerships
  • Work closely with local sales leaders, as well as regional and national finance colleagues, to gather attributable revenue across the partnership portfolio
  • Liaise with agency resources, local sales and integrated marketing teams, and partner organizations to activate and track partnership assets and handle project plans
  • Develop comprehensive asset activation plans in collaboration with integrated marketing, local sales leaders, and agency partners in order to proactively maximize impact
  • Track and analyze asset utilization and campaign effectiveness to resolve ROI and go-forward plans
