About The Position

The Assistant Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Communications and Marketing will be a part of the Division of Enrollment Management who is seeking dynamic and talented creative leader to serve as the inaugural Assistant Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Communications and Marketing. This role requires an energetic, skilled professional who can promote the university's brand to audiences across the student life cycle. Work closely with the Vice President for Enrollment Management and the division's leadership team, to set the direction of enrollment marketing and communications. Excel in building relationships, understanding campus partners' needs, and demonstrating expertise in enrollment marketing in the current landscape of higher education. With proven experience in leading and managing staff and demonstrated ability to build and/or restructure teams by integrating members from various departments, they will form cohesive, high-performing units. As a skilled leader and manager, they are responsible for creating and implementing a vision and strategy, designing, creating, and implementing integrated data-informed marketing and communication strategies and campaigns to promote the comprehensive student experience that supports optimum enrollment outcomes.
