The Assistant Vice President provides strategic and operational leadership across key clinical and administrative functions. The AVP partners closely with Executive Leadership and departmental leaders to align services with organizational strategy, enhance operational performance, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The AVP serves as a key liaison between Senior Leadership and Operational teams and plays an integral role in driving organizational-wide initiatives. The AVP will provide administrative oversight of operational areas as assigned. The role supports long-range planning, service development, and performance management while contributing to system-wide initiatives and fostering collaboration across departments to enhance care delivery.
