Serves as the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer for the University. Performs complex and highly advanced work assisting in the direction, leadership, and strategic planning of Employee Relations and Engagement, Professional Development, Staffing & Compensation, HR Benefits, Tax Specialization, and Payroll. Serves as a senior advisor to University leadership on enterpriseâwide HR strategy, regulatory compliance, and workforce planning to ensure alignment with the University's mission and operational priorities.
