About The Position
The Assistant Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (AVP-DEIB) is a key leadership role within the Division of Academic Affairs at Stonehill College. Reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the AVP-DEIB is responsible for driving diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives within Academic Affairs while collaborating with Human Resources and Student Affairs. This position plays a crucial role in developing a strategic vision aligned with the College's mission and contributes to broader campus-wide DEIB efforts, focusing on faculty recruitment, retention, and the enhancement of cultural responsiveness in academic programs.
