About The Position
The Assistant Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (AVP-DEIB) is a pivotal leadership role within the Division of Academic Affairs at Stonehill College. This position focuses on advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives within Academic Affairs while collaborating with Human Resources and Student Affairs. The AVP-DEIB is responsible for developing a strategic vision aligned with the College's mission and broader DEIB efforts, particularly in faculty recruitment, retention, and the enhancement of cultural responsiveness in academic programs.
