The position involves overseeing daily operations across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of SOF GLSS contract deliverables. The role requires developing and implementing operational strategies that align with USSOCOM objectives and lifecycle sustainment goals, ensuring compliance with DoD regulations, FAR/DFARS, and USSOCOM-specific directives. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams to optimize logistics, maintenance, and supply chain performance, monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency, and collaborate with program leadership, government stakeholders, and subcontractors to resolve operational challenges. Additionally, the role includes supporting audit readiness, government surveillance activities, and contract reporting requirements, as well as mentoring and developing site leads and operational managers to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
