As our Assistant Vice President, Digital Marketing, you'll lead the strategy that shapes how people discover, connect with, and experience our brand online. You'll bring together creativity, analytics, and leadership to elevate every digital touchpoint -- from our website to our social channels.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, web development, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or web development -- experience in financial services is a plus.
• Expertise in SEO, social media advertising, content strategy, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills with experience partnering across senior and cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership experience managing digital teams and agency partners.
• Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AuguStar's digital strategy across web, social, email, and paid media channels.
• Optimize our web properties and conversion funnels to attract, engage, and retain customers.
• Implement SEO, ADA compliance, and best-in-class practices to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Develop and oversee organic and paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) that drive measurable growth.
• Use analytics and marketing tech tools to evaluate performance and inform smarter decisions.
• Identify emerging digital opportunities to keep AuguStar at the forefront of the industry.
• Oversee engaging digital content -- from blogs and videos to interactive tools educating and connecting with our audiences.
• Partner with marketing, product, sales, compliance, and technology to align efforts and amplify impact.
• Build, mentor, and empower a team of digital marketing professionals as our capabilities expand.
