The Foundation has embarked on a $600M + campaign, as such, the AVP & Chief Development Officer for Baptist Health Foundation is responsible, in concert with the CEO, for the planning, operation, and coordination of system-wide philanthropy and as such, will be responsible for developing all aspects of the comprehensive and ongoing development program with an emphasis on major and principal gifts. The AVP & CDO will oversee, coordinate and be responsible for implementing and sustaining a successful fundraising program, including individual and major gifts, donor upgrading, corporate and foundation gifts, special events, capital campaigns, planned giving and all related activities necessary to engender community engagement and charitable giving in support of Baptist Health's mission of community service. The AVP & CDO will solicit donations and cultivate relationships with donors in order to develop, secure, upgrade and maintain gift sources for the present and long-term financial support of Baptist Health. Will cultivate and maintain strong engagement with assigned entity CEO‘s and Institute leaders. As AVP/CDO, position will carry a $5M - $7M+ personal goal and a team goal of $10M - $12M + minimum, with a personal portfolio on average of 125 active prospects and 340 total active/in stewardship. Estimated salary range for this position is $142599.25 - $185379.03 / year depending on experience.
