About The Position

The Assistant Vice President for Customer Experience & IT Support at Villanova University provides strategic and operational leadership for multiple teams delivering customer-centered support services for the campus community. This role involves leadership and mentorship of personnel in the campus Service Desk, endpoint engineering, and customer outreach teams. The AVP will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the IT experience for students, faculty, and staff, while implementing IT Service Management principles and tools.
