Assistant Vice President, Credit Processes & Controls
About The Position
Direct and lead the Program Management Team to support programs critical to the operations of Lending’s Credit Risk Management Function. Guide a comprehensive control environment for data and processes across the full lending life cycle, including originations, account management and loss reserving. Work with relevant teams to establish and execute ongoing model performance monitoring. Provide strategic direction, vision, and guidance on all aspects of in-scope programs and ensure alignment with corporate and departmental goals and initiatives. Ensure smooth and effective operation of in-scope programs while also evolving them to meet the ongoing needs. Drive the maturation of the function to ensure consistency between programs and support team members with their professional growth.
