The Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Regional is a senior leadership role responsible for the oversight and performance of multiple properties within a defined region. This position serves as the operational liaison between on-site teams and senior management, ensuring properties achieve financial, operational, and resident satisfaction goals. The AVP will lead by example, providing guidance, coaching, and accountability to on-site property managers while driving occupancy, revenue growth, expense control, and compliance across all properties.
