Assistant Varsity Golf Coach
About The Position
St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School is looking for an assistant varsity golf coach to assist with our varsity boys and girls team. Our golf teams compete in the spring season - anticipated season start mid/late February. St. Stephen's and St. Agnes provide a competitive athletic program that competes in the IAC (Interstate Athletic Conference) for our boys and the ISL (Independent School League) for our girls. Our golfers also have the opportunity to qualify for the VISAA (Virginia Independent School Athletic Association) state golf championships. We are looking for a qualified golf instructor/coach that will continue to grow and develop our program. Candidates must also be individuals of impeccable character that will instill leadership, sportsmanship and goodness - values that lie at the core of the Saints Athletic program. Coaches must be organized, hard working, and have a passion for working with young golfers. We are seeking candidates that demonstrate a strong desire to build and grow the program.
Requirements
- collegiate and/or high school playing experience
- coaching experience at the high school level or at a club as an instructor or golf pro
