Coach - Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach
About The Position
Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks an Assistant Boys’ Baseball Coach for the upcoming spring 2026 season. The 2026 spring season runs from Monday, March 16th, through early June. Practices are after school/evenings. This successful program has varsity and two junior varsity levels. Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to): The assistant coach is responsible for helping the head coach with all aspects of coaching a high level baseball program while adhering to rules and guidelines set forth by the school, Dual County League and MIAA. Expectations: Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course Ability to drive the school van to away games Ability to work with high school population Understanding of high school sports operations Work well with high school students, parents and other coaches Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Understands the importance of fun in high school athletics Be prepared, punctual and ethical Experience Preferred: Experience coaching baseball Experience playing baseball at the high school level or higher Stipend Range per Schedule B : $3,133 - $3,916 Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School is committed to maintaining a work and learning environment free from discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, pregnancy, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital/civil union status, ancestry, place of birth, age, citizenship status, veteran status, political affiliation, genetic information or disability, as defined and required by state and federal laws.
