The Assistant Transitional Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties relating to meeting the needs of a multi-handicapped student and client population, including coordinating transition planning, the pre-transition and transition level process, and the transition process from JRC. The Assistant Transitional Coordinator reports directly to the Transitional Coordinator. It is a non- exempt full-time position. Customary hours of work are 9 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday with a weekend shift every six weeks.
